Charles Silver has extensive experience as a real estate specialist within both the commercial and residential industries. In the past four years, he has been responsible for leasing a portfolio of 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space, working with a variety of nationally recognized and independent tenants, including Starbucks, Publix, GNC, All-State, Subway, Panda Express, Rack Room Shoes, LA Fitness, IQ Village, Chase Bank, Darden Restaurants, and Dunkin Donuts.
As a Florida licensed real estate broker Charles has procured acquisitions totaling over $70,000,000 on behalf of a Florida commercial real estate group which included 4 Publix Anchored Shopping centers, a 24,000 SF office building in Coral Springs and a 13,200 SF office building in Davie, Florida.

Charles is a member of the ICSC and holds a Florida real estate broker license and has leased space to many national tenants from 1,200SF to 40,000 SF.

While working for Lennar Homes, Charles sold 40 homes in 23 months. He made the transition into commercial real estate in summer 2005.

Charles created and implemented the off-campus housing program at Nova Southeastern University in 2003-2004 while attending the Wayne Huizenga MBA program after graduating Nova Southeastern University with a Business Administration degree.

Charles performed condo sales for 1 year for a private developement group in Sunny Isles, Florida during the condo boom in 2002-2003.

Charles was the creator of a ".com" assisting college students with purchasing properties in 2000-2002.
Charles's background in commercial and residential real estate with his internet expertise gave him the ability to create ShoppingCenterTube.com. Charles has been in real estate since he was 19 years old and is a 3rd generation native Miamian.
